SNARO Deadline Tonight For Charter Membership ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, 111., June 21. Keene Daingerfield, secretary and treasurer of the Society of North American Racing Officials, stated that the deadline for charter membership in the new organization will be tomorrow, Wednesday, Juhe 22, at midnight. " The deadline date was established at the organizational meeting last month in New York in order to open the membership to all qualified racing officials who possibly were not oriented on the plans for the organization. Daingerfield added that the great majority of racing officials on this continent who are qualified under the constitution and by-laws of SNARO have become members.
