DOC EGGERS went to the front soon after the start and, showing fine speed, held on courageously under hard riding near the end to hold FLIGHT HISTORY. The latter was a strong contender from the start and, going in resolute fashion to the finish, was gaining slowly. ALMAS HEART was never too far away and raced steadily to the end. DARK TOGA made up some ground in the stretch in a- good effort. ANOTHER PAGE finished well. ROMAN BOSS had a fair measure of early speed. SKEPTICAL KID weakened in the stretch. STREAKING was well rated in the first six furlongs, then moved up on the outsidenearing the stretch turn and", gradually wearing down IDLE PLATTER, won slowly drawing out under hard urging. IDLE PLATTER displayed good early speed in withstanding a couple of challenges from ALTERNATIVE and held on well. ALTERNATIVE had speed from the start but had something removed attempting to head IDLE PLATTER and weakened near the end. RECLINE raced steadily but did not threaten to take command. LORIDALE was badly outrun. CORONATION BOY unseated his rider at the start. Scratched 51183 Alsab Ace, 113; 507833 intencion, 111. Overweight Coronation Boy, 4 pounds. AMPHIBLEN was never too far away and, finding an opening on the far turn, moved up strongly and, taking command in the stretch, drew out. RIVAS SON was outpaced for six fulongs but came fast in the middle of the track through the stretch. AGREED raced wide around the second turn but held a forward position throughout. BARBAREBA set the early pace and led into the stretch, then began to weaken. JO-CLARE had early speed. HUGO YOU GO was never dangerous. Scratched 50992 Rozs Star. 111; 51993 Bens Beginner, 111.
