Renovation Program Nears Completion at Northridge NORTHRIDGE, Calif., May 14. — J. H. Ryan, master of Northridge Farms in the San Fernando Valley, announced that the renovation program at this 180-acre establishment is nearly completed and the farm is ready to accept horses shipping down from the Bay Meadows meetings which cant get stall space at Hollywood Park or ; wish to lay over until Del Mar. The Northridge renovation program was started last winter and since that time the three-quarters mile training track has been refurbished, with the inner rail being completely replaced. Several miles of fencing has been replaced, barns have been repaired and painted inside and out and several paddocks are now ready for use after i being re-seeded. Ryan estimates some 3.000 gallons of paint have been used to date in the renovation operation.
