SQUAW MOM had no misliap ROMAN WAR raced with DUKES SANDAL to the final furlong th3n gave way. CLAY WORKER had early foot but failed to stay. FILLY OMINE, a keen factor from the start settled in the stretch with a short lead after racing SMOKY HILL and PLACER into defeat, then responded to strong handling and drew clear from MY NIGHT OUT. The latter gradually worked way forward under a steady ride made a bold bid in the early stretch but could not stay with the winner although easily best of the others HOMEPLACE lacked early foot but finished fairly well under punishment. MANASSAS saved ground throughout moved up determinedly at the stretch turn but tired during the drive. PLACER had early speed but bore out during the last three-eighths mile.
