Delaware HBPA Meeting DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 23. — Directors of the Maryland-Delaware-West Virginia division of the HBPA will meet at the Dupont Hotel on Thursday, July 3. Alfred C. Paul, vice-president of the local horsemens group announced today. The meeting will be held at 6:30 p. m. Among other matters, purse distribution at the approaching meets at Hagerstown, Timonium and Marlboro will be discussed.
