Champion Gallops Today WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., Aug. 18. Native Dancer, who arrived here in excellent condition at mid-morning: today and was conveyed to a track siding by special train, will be given a gallop tomorrow and will be breezed Thursday, according to trainer Bill Winfrey. Native Dancer, known as a "good shipper," was playful upon reaching the track. Trainer Winfrey expects to give him a final blow-out for the American Derby later in the week, possibly Friday or Saturday morning.
