PECULIAR DAILY DOUBLE i KANSAS CITY, Mo., June 8. A peculiar incident in the daily double here today revealed that there were no tickets sold on the first four horses in the third race and the pay-off took place on Polly Shaw, winner of the second race, and Masked May, the one that ran fifth in the third race. A coincidence was that D. Morgan rode both horses and both belong to the same owner, D. Husky.
