FESTIVE BOARD, away well and following in close attendance of the pace the first quarter mile, drew clear rounding the turn and was never seriously threatened. ICANWIN raced forwardly placed from the Start, came gamely through the final eighth and was slowly gaining on the winner at the end. RISCO, a forward factor from the start, went well in a good effort. SURCHARGE tired in the drive and outlasted .PRINCE McGEE. The latter went evenly. BAGAMAC saved ground throughout and had no mishaps. DAILY DOZEN tired. NOTROUBLE dwelt when the start came and was away poorly. BROADCASTER, well handled and followed in close attendance of the pace for the first half mile, swung to the outside entering the stretch, closed with a rush and was up in the concluding strides. COPO sprinted into command at once, was hustled along in the lead and just failed to last. HAPPY FIND forced the pace from the start but tired in the final eighth. MR. WILDWOOD came with a rush through the final eighth. CHARLES J., shuffled back at the start, made up ground thereafter. FIELD MOUSE went well in a good ffort. CENTERMARCH quit in the last eighth. COLORED ARTIST forced the early pace, came gamely through the stretch and outfinished AMQUI. The latter raced forwardly placed throughout, came gamely through the final eighth and outfinished CHIPS. The latter worked its way forward steadily on the outside and made up ground in the last quarter mile. TOE DANCE set a speedy pace for five-eighths, then quit badly. MARGIE LOU tired. FRIGID FROSTY forced the pace from the start, came willingly through the final quarter mile, but was unable to threaten the winner. SPEY CREST, a forward factor from the start, had no excuses. THERMAL went evenly throughout in a good effort. CUDGELDOE outfinished PRINCELY PAL in an even effort. TABHER moved up threateningly after going three-quarters, then tired. TOP HIGH, allowed to settle into its best stride the first eighth, worked its way forward on the outside Tounding the lower turn, wore down BETHANKFUL and GOLDFIN in the stretch drive and drew out in the final seventy yards. GOLDFIN set the pace under steady restraint, shook off repeated challenges from BETHANKFUL, but .had little left when the winner challenged. PEKISKO dropped back after the first seven-eighths, then came again In the stretch drive. BETHANKFUL slipped through on the inside after the first three-eighths, made repeated attempts to reach the lead, then faltered in the closing drive. FOREMAST could never threaten.
