WINS HANDICAPPERS CONTEST TORONTO, Ont., June 8. Frank Owen of Toronto was winner of the handicappers contest for the 00 prize- held by the association when he picked twenty-five winners out of the forty-nine races run at Thorn-cliff e. Following the running of the sixth event he was presented with a check by general manager W. R. Woolatt and, when asked what system he used, said: "I only did my best."
