DELAY ACTION ON BRUS1E Massachusetts Commission Suggests Owner Have Analysis Made of Pat-; ent Medicine Given Easiest Way, . BOSTON, Mass., June 8. The Massachu-, sets Racing Commission has delayed action oh the Easiest Way doping case, pending an analysis of the kidney medicine trainer Lyman Brusie admitted he gave the horse two days previous to his winning race. A saliva " sample after the event showed the presence of caffeine. Hearing on the case was held in the Commissions offices at 1 Beacon Street this morning. The Commission indicated that a sample of the kidney medicine, a patent remedy known as San Metto, has been made, but that the Commission was not willing to make known the results of its own analysis. They held that Brusie and his attorney should have come to the hearing with an analysis of their own. Brusies attorney argued that they could not take an analysis of the medicine in the bottle from which the medicine was given Easiest Way and that under the circumstances an analysis from a fresh bottle would have proved nothing. The Commission surrendered the opened bottle to Brusie and suggested he have an analysis of its contents and contents of a fresh bottle made at once, : and that the report of the laboratory be submitted to the Commission. - . . .
