WATTS NEW POSITION HOMEWOOD, 111., June 8. Richard T. Watts, veteran Illinois horseman, left here yesterday for Suffolk Downs, where he will take over the training of the large stable of T. P. Morgan, Texas sportsman, who re- cently entered the thoroughbred sport on a lavish scale. Watts Is to take over his new duties immediately.
