OMAHA STEWARDS RULINGS OMAHA, Neb., June 8. Cool weather continued in this district today as the Ak-Sar-Ben track went into the eleventh day of its, scheduled session. The track was fast and business continued good. One jockey was suspended and another barred from using a whip through rulings handed down by the stewards Tuesday. Jockey R. G. Cooper was set down for failure to obey a warning as to his conduct on the grounds and for failure to keep the horse Beaver straight in the seventh race Monday, while jockey R McCarty will not be permitted the use of a whip in any race.
