EAGLE PASS IN WORKOUT HOMEWOOD, 111.,- June 8. Eagle Pass, the greatly improved son .of Night Flyer Miss Simplicity, which races for the Valdina Farms, went a driving three furlongs in to put him on edge for his engagement in the Latonia Derby on Saturday. He is to return here for the 5,000 American Derby a week later. After finishing second to Count Morse in the Blue and Gray Handicap, Eagle Pass earned many friends.
