I AGAWAM TURF MOTES t S : s Douglas Stelsing, who was suspended and denied the privileges of all tracks under the jurisdiction of the Massachusetts Racing Commission today for violation of the state claiming rules, stated that he would appeal his case and has obtained the services of attorney Mark H. Kelliher of Springfield, Mass., to represent him before the racing body. Mr. Kelliher has already forwarded the appeal to the commission.
