CINCINNATI TROPHY WORKS LATONIA, Ky., June 26. Four candidates for the ,500 added Cincinnati Trophy be-: gan preparation for the six furlong dash, designed exclusively for two-year-old colts and geldings this morning- King Ranch Cautivo, going five furlongs, was timed in 1:02, but was driving to accomplish the test. Cometa, also owned by R. J. Kleberg, of Texas, engaged in a workout of five furlongs, ti-aversing the distance in 1:03, driving. Jeffersontown, from the stable of Dan Lehan and a non-starter at the meeting, was sent five-eighths in 1:023s, handily, and J. W. Parrishs Backintime went a half mile in :51, handily.
