I DETROIT TURF NOTES I s The division of the Bomar Stable Eddie Barnes has here is another prominent establishment leaving for the north side Chicago track. It got away Saturday night. L. V. Bellew, Sr., who has been v isiting his son here, left for his home at Latonia. Jack Carter will send a division of his stable to Thistle Down June 30 and the others wil Iremain here until the close of the meeting. H. A. Allen, who has a small but useful stable here, will ship to Empire City Sunday. Jim Smith, trainer of a division of the Mrs. C. S. Howard stable, reports Sand Lady is running a temperature.
