SALVATORS BIRTHDAY Congratulations are in order today to Sal-vator John Hervey in private life, Daily Racing Forms brilliant turf writer, from whose facile pen has flowed like liquid the many gripping and interesting articles which have entertained readers of this paper for so many years.
