REPORT LEPER CASE HERE A case of leprosy was reported to the Chicago Board of Health Wednesday. It was the first time in years that a resident of the city has been stricken with the disease. The name of the South Side woman thus afflicted was withheld, but it was announced that a strict quarantine had been imposed on the patient and a "smear of germs" was sent to the United States Health Service for confirmation of the diagnosis which was made by the skin clinic of Northwestern University.
