SORTIES SON, steadied along early, moved up rapidly when called upon, established a big lead after reaching the stretch, tired in the last stride and finished in a dead heat with BROADWAY JUEL. The latter, rushed into a good early lead, gave way to SORTIES SON approaching the stretch, came again under strong handling and finished on even terms with SORTIES SON. TACHEONE, well up from the start, held on well. FANDAN had no mishaps. BOY VALET was outrun. INTRIP quit. PAUL T. caused the post delay and trailed throughout. EIGHTH RACE 1 1-16 MILES. EBONY PARASOL, hustled along from the start and on the outside, tired after offering a bold bid nearing the final quarter. RITZ BROTHERS came from well back. CORNER BOY tired.
