DENY GUNS ARE MANNED. LONDON, England, April 27.— A report published in the United States claiming British anti-aircraft guns had been manned today on a twenty-four-hour crisis basis, was denied by British officials. The British war office announced that territorial anti-aircraft units probably will be called up following passage of the reserve auxiliary forces bill by the House of Commons next week. The bill, it was stated, will provide man power to insure that the nations anti-aircraft batteries are fully manned.
