RAMSEY YOUNGEST TRAINER LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 18.— Robert Ramsey, the youngest licensed trainer in Kentucky, has been engaged to train and race the horses of Scoggan Jones, Jefferson j county breeder. The youthful horseman is taking over the juveniles Designer, Whisk Dolly and Cynthia Fair and the three-year-old Moon Bow Miss to race for Jones. Besides the Jones quartet Ramsey is transferring U Demon, owned by state racing commissioner C. L. Croan and his own Mordecai and Bucket Head to the Crete track.
