MRS. MARIE H. CLAY DIES LEXINGTON, Ky., May 18— Mrs. Marie Hensley Clay, 69, widow of Lieut.-Col. Charles D. Clay, a grandson of Henry Clay, died at her home here Wednesday afternoon after a short illness. Mrs. Clay is survived by a son, Capt. Robert P. Clay of Fort Sill, Okla.; two daughters, Mrs. William Sawitzky of Stamford, Conn., and Miss Elizabeth S. Clay of Lexington; two granddaughters, Misses Lucy and Susan Clay of Fort Sill, and three sisters, Mrs. Thomas L. Smith, Miss Laura S. Pepper and Miss Elizabeth S. Pepper, all of Frankfort. Funeral services will be held Saturday in Lexington Cemetery.
