PADDOCK CLUB OFFICIALS BOSTON, Mass., May 18.— The list of newly elected officers of the Paddock Club, the club atop the Suffolk Downs clubhouse, was posted on the bulletin board today and is as follows: President, Arthur L. Race; vice president, John R. Macomber; secretary treasurer, William E. Chamberlain; board of governors, William H. Anders, Arthur L. Race, John R. Macomber, Charles H. Innes, H. Bradford Lewis, Thomas E. Sullivan, William E. Chamberlain; executive committee, Arthur L. Race, Charles H. Innes and William E. Chamberlain.
