JOCKEY H. SIMMONS FINED GROVE CITY, Ohio, May 18.— The Eeulah Park stewards Thursday issued the following ruling; "Jockey H. Simmons is fined 5 for making a frivolous claim of foul in the seventh race Wednesday." Simmons was astride Free Spirjt, which finished second to Alan Chicle, ridden by T. King.
