CAMP FULL -FLEDGED RIDER COLLINSVILLE, 111., May 18— Ray Camp, 19-year-old Houston, Texas, lad, who served his riding apprenticeship with Guy Shultz, is now a full-fledged jockey, having piloted his fortieth winning mount, the ruling re-, quired by the Illinois Racing Commission for forfeit of the apprentice allowance. Camps last winning mount as an apprentice was on Ace of Spades, a long shot which accounted for the seventh race Wednesday at Fair-mount Park.
