JOCKEY BADALI UNFORTUNATE OMAHA, Neb., May 29.— It was unfortunate for apprentice John Badali when he was a victim of the mud flinging in the first race. The lad was virtually covered with mire when he returned to the scales, much of the goo getting into his eyes which occasioned his cancelling three of his remaining mounts which included his engagement on Sarah Justice, which was successful.
