BROKER ADMITS CHARGE NEW YORK, N. Y., May 29.— According to Assistant Attorney General McCall, Henry C. Elfast, who was expelled recently from the New York Stock Exchange, has confessed that he misappropriated in excess of 0,000 of customers money and used it to purchase his membership on the exchange last year.
