PORTER ROBERTS IN FORM DETROIT, Mich., May 29.— Porter Roberts, whose work has been excellent since the opening of the Fair Grounds meeting, tops the list of older riders for the gold watch offered by the Square Deal Miller Jewelry Co. Roberts, who has scored with five of his mounts during the first seven days of the meeting, has amassed thirty-eight points, to lead Americas leading rider, J. E. Oros, by one point. Oros, however, has scored with six winners. M. L. Fallon is third with twenty-two points, while Sammy Williams is next with seventeen points. Danny Taylor, who left here last week, is the fifth leading jockey for the prize with thirteen points. A nip and tuck battle is being staged also by the apprentice riders. John Molbert heads the younger riders with thirty-eight points also, while Willie Page is second, five points behind the Louisiana rider. Pete Milligan is third with thirty points, while W. Prehm has twenty-six, a comfortable fourth as Arnold Sorsen, who is in fifth place, has scored but fourteen points | at the meeting. 1
