Results of New Jersey HBPA Election Announced GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 18.— Members of the New Jersey division of the Horsemens Benevolent Protective Association balloted yesterday at Garden State Park in the annual election. A vice-president and 10 committeemen were chosen. The successful candidates were M. C. "Happy" Buxton, unopposed, vice-president; Everett W. King, Homer Pardue, Frank White, Charles O. Ferguson, A. F. "Jim" East, Joe W. Camac, B. Frank Christmas, Thomas J. Tault, William S. Cotton and Tommy Root, committeemen. The newly elected committeemen met immediately following announcement of the result of the poll and reappointed W. E. Charles, Jr., as secretary-treasurer of the organization.
