Rescind Ruling Against Berini GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 18. — The* Garden State stewards recently rescinded a ruling made against R. R. Berini, in which they fined the conditioner 00 for violations a New Jersey rule. It was later discovered that Berini was not guilty of an infraction.
