lonway, Hogan, Critchfield Jnits Arrive at Detroit PAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., May 18. — Latest arrival at the local course are che stables conditioned by John Conway, John J. Hogan, and Clair Critchfield, the one-time riding star. Conway registered Challorette for Miss Jean Cambron, of Louisville; Fancy Ford for Donald H. .MacLean, of Harrods Creek, Ky., and Optional, the property of Mrs. J. Sterling Davis, Prospect, Ky. Hogan will race Comely Belle, a three-year-old daughter of War Hero and Comely Maid, and Comely Rhymer, a two-year-old son of The Rhymer and Comely Maid, under his own silks. Critchfield registered Jerry Bratts Sax-reil, Justa Mystery and Tuscan Girl for campaigning at the local oval.
