SEA COMMAND broke alertly, was eased back and taken to the inside, moved in closest attendance of the leader, then came through on the inside to respond to steady pressure and outfinished HOMESPUN. The latter closed resolutely in the late stages. KANKEEKEE remained with the pace, challenged mildly on the final turn, but was not good enough. TWO DAY AIR set the pace under light restraint, went slightly wide on the final turn, then tired. GOLDBART racec evenly. ROSES ARE RED had no mishap.
