Kill Oklahoma Bill OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., May 18.— The bill to legalize pari-mutuel wagering on horse racing in Oklahoma has been killed by the House of Representatives. The measure was revived briefly yesterday when the legislators voted to reconsider a motion by which the proposal failed last week, and then voted to kill it, 66 to 26. The legislature will adjourn in about another week and proponents concede there is practically no hope of reviving and passing the bill during this session.
