Mona Arrives at Detroit FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., May 19. — J. Price Sallee, who conditions the thoroughbreds that race for Thomas Piatt, master of Lexington, Ky.s Brookdale Farm, arrived here this morning with his charges. Include in the Sallee-trained unit is Dr. Charles E. Hagyards three-year-old homebred filly, Mona, who is a candidate for the 0,000 Royal Oaks Stakes, which is to be decided here Saturday.
