Kramer Resigns Post BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., May 19. — Joseph A. Kramer, who took over the Cain Hoy Stable of H. P. Guggenheim when he was released from the Army in 1946, resigned his position last Friday, though he is temporarily continuing to handle the horses, pending selection of another trainer. Kramer, who developed useful performers in Noble Creek, Bellwether, Dry Fly and others, said he had plans for a new connection, but that they were not yet definite enough for announce- ment.
