TRPB Tattoo Crew Sets Up Operations -at Homewood WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., May 19. — TRPB tatoo crew has set up operations in Barn 6, Stall 35, at Washington Park, according to Keith Carter, in charge of the Midwest district for this organization. All owners and trainers who have thoroughbreds on the grounds that have not previously been tatooed are encouraged to take advantage of this free service. Jockey Club registration certificates must be on file in the racing secretarys office."
