Kearns Divides String FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., May 19. — Frank J. Kearns split the public stable he had quartered at the Fair Grounds and shipped Piet, Anthracite, Baby Comet, Slamaranth and Sweet Biscuit to New York. Kearns left Balsamar, Bill Rose, Wilmar, Hi Neighbor, Blue Gold and Eireann at the local oval for campaigning and the Detroit division is to be trained by Mark O. Livingston. Jockey Al Schmidl accompanied the eastern unit to the Metropolitan circuit.
