Groom Ruled Off GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 19. — The stewards today issued the following ruling: "For conduct detrimental to the best interests of the turf and after having been given a hearing, groom Theodore R. Brown of 5315 Ethelbert Ave., Baltimore, Md., is ruled off all New Jersey tracks."
