Two California Rulings SOLANO COUNTY FAIR GROUNDS, Vallejo. Calif., June 22. — The stewards issued the following rulings today: •For allowing his mount Champagne Lady to drift in on jockey Alvin Sherman astride Picosia and for illegal use of the whip during the stretch run of the seventh race, June 20, 1951, jockey Ralph Jackson is suspended for ten 10 racing days beginning June 23 and ending July 4, 1951." "For allowing his mount Cracks to interfere with jockey Stanley Noffsinger while astride Hasty Help during the running of the eighth race, June 20, 1951, jockey Alvin Sherman is suspended for ten 10 racing days, starting June 23 and ending July 4, 1951."
