Reach Agreement at Lansdowne VANCOUVER, B. C, Canada, June 22— After hours of negotiating with Bert Thompson, Western representative of Jockeys Guild, acting as mediator, agreement was reached whereby horsemen accepted the British Columbia Turf and Country Club offer of 50 minimums with the proviso that if play at Lansdowne shows an increase of 10 per cent, purses will increase 5; 15 per cent, increase 0; 20 per cent, increase 5.
