Apprentice Lucas Enjoys Second Victory of Career MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 22. — Apprentice George Lucas was astride the second winner of his brief saddle career when he booted home No Profit in Thursdays sixth race at Monmouth Park. The 17-year-old lad, who only recently scored his maiden victory, is under contract to Norman Tallman, and has been on the tracks for three years. Born on Long Island, Lucas became Interested in the turf and in riding, haunting the backstretches of New York courses until he finally was given his chance. His engagements locally will be made by agent E. Fisher.
