Send Royal Tulip to Farm DETROIT, Mich., June 22.— Trainer Ves-ter R. Wright announced that James Paddocks Royal Tulip has been taken out of action and is to be sent to the Paddock farm, near Louisville, Ky. Wright also plans to ship G and G Stables Sheila Lou to the Duntreath Farm, Lexington, Ky.
