Charles, Jr., secretary-treasurer of the New Jersey division of the HBPA, reports that the 1 per cent lt taken from the purses won by members at it the recent Garden State Park meeting s amounted to ,759. The sum will be added J to the administrative fund of the New Jersey division. In a token of good will, 1, Garden State Park added a donation of f ,500 which will be allocated to the divisions l" benevolent fund.
