Culmone Back Riding Today MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 25. — Jockey Joe Culmone, having finished out his 10-day suspension received at Delaware Park, returns to the saddle at Monmouth Park tomorrow. It was over the local track that he rode the first winner of his fabulous career on June 24, 1949, while astride Orestone. Agent George "Slim" Edwards, who was greatly instrumental in making Culmone the co-champion rider of 1950, is still managing his engagements.
