Harold Hoffman Reappointed To Post With Central HBPA ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, HI., June 25. — At a meeting of the central division of the HBPA, held Saturday evening in the office of the local racing secretary, Harold C. Hoffman was reappointed as secretary and treasurer of the organization. William Hal Bishop, retiring vice-president, opened the session and immediately turned the meeting over to Joseph Kohout, recently elected vice-president. The 10 committeemen elected by members from Fairmount Park and Ak-Sar-Ben, as well as Chicago, were named to serve on three different committees. The finance committee comprises Clyde Troutt, E. E. Major, Jr., and John F. Beck. Bishop, Harold O. Simmons, and William A Mikel were named to compose the grievance committee. The Benevolent Committee included Bennett Creech, John L. Oglesby, Paul L. Kelley, and Frank Nugent.
