Counterpoint French Nominee LONDON, England, June 25 Reuters. — The Belmont Stakes winner, Counterpoint, owned by C. V. Whitney, has been entered for the Prix de larc de Triomphe at Long-champs on October 7. French authorities announced today that they had received a telegram from Whitney nominating his star three-year-old for the event.
