CONVERT set and pressed the pace and continued on gamely. ATOMIC MAID broke sluggishly and trailed early, improved her position on the utrn and closed with a rush. KINGS LANE raced forwardly placed and held on fairly well. KEYHOLE failed to seriously threaten. DARK VENTURE failed to seriously threaten. RAPID JIM attained a commanding lead on the turn, held sway to the late stretch and flattened out. LLANTON could not keep up. POLYPHONY was outrun. GOOD VALLEY quit. OUT showed nothing.
