Richards Next for Yildiz DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 25.— Mrs. Walter M. Jeffords Yildiz, unplaced in Saturdays Kent Stakes, which was his first start since winning the Flamingo Stakes at Hialeah more than three month ago, came out of the engagement in good physical condition, according to trainer Oscar White. Yildiz will, barring mishaps, be a starter in the 5,000 added Leonard Richards Stakes on closing day, July 4. The race turned in by the Mahmoud colt in the Kent was a bit disappointing, but not discouraging. Aside from making his first start in over three months, the three-year-old was forced to give weight to all starters while carrying 126 pounds, and was also asked to compete over a "tough" track following a period of idleness. Then, too, he had more than his share of trouble, being forced very wide at the first turn and impeded in early stretch after having reached a contending position.
