Three-Way Monmouth Tie MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 25. — The leaders of all divisions, owners, trainers and jockeys, stand at a tie with the conclusion of two full weeks of racing here last Saturday. Cuban-born Fernando Fernandez registered a triple on Saturday that brought his count of winners to nine, equalling the score of Jimmy Stout. Sammy Boulmetis is next with seven victories and followed by Dave Gorman with five. Among the trainers, Tom J. Barry and F. A. Bonsai are dead-locked with four winners apiece, while A. F. "Jim" East is one behind with three. Seven owners have registered two triumphs. They are Mrs. T. J. Barry, Brookmeade Stable, R. W. Carter, Joe Gavegnano, High Ground Stable, Savoy Stable and the Victor Stable.
