JHANSI, forwardly placed on the outside, responded when set down in the final furlong and was along to outfinish LUSMORES. The latter moved through along the inside to take command before making the final turn, gave way after being straightened, then regained the lead only to. falter. TIDBITS, a forward factor, came to the inside in the stretch and closed stoutly. SASSY CHICK set the pace under stout restraint, gave way, regained the lead when roused, but was not good enough. ABBYS RHYMER forced the pace most of the trip. RED TAG passed tiring horses. STRUCTURE, forwardly placed on the outside, lacked a closing rally. The others were never prominent. CRAZETTE went evenly. PROBATION had no mishap. SHY RULER was in close quarters. BIDOJO was unable to keep up. LADY JACSUN tired. The others were never prominent. HAY EDY rushed boldly after a furleng, assumed command, drew clear, saved ground en the turns and lasted over INTERFERE. The latter, sluggish in the early stages, responded in the final furlong and was catching the winner. JAHI, a forward factor from the start, held on gamely. ROYAL FIDDLE raced close to the pace from the outset, lacking a late rally. ROUNDHOUSE passed tiring horses. COAT-OF-BLUE showed nothing. COURT T. broke slowly, moved aicund horses on the turn, then failed to show anything through the stretch. TINT STRAW lacked early speed. HATTIES GIFT was never prominent. TOP ME broke alertly, was taken back of the pace and reserved to the final quarter mile, moved readily when roused, crowded BLUE SAGE on the final turn, drew clear and won easily. SIR STEPHEN moved close behind the winner, but was unable to keep up through the final furlong. BLUE SAGE forced the pace and was tiring when brushea. DOIT EASY lacked early speed. SAPAJOU broke alertly, was taken back off the pace and reserved to the final quarter mile, slipped through along the inside in the stretch and outfinished NORWEST The latter was sent up rapidly on the outside, assumed command and drew out, but faltered. SHADOFS START, kept in along the inside, lacked racing room and had to come out for the final sixteenth. CHARING ROCK moved inside to take command leaving the backstretch and weakened. 1010 and DAUNTEDID raced on even terms settina the early pace, both tiring. FULL REWARD had no mishap. SHOE SHINE, in hand while working his way up on the outside, engaged for command nearing the furlong pole and was hard ridden to outfinish U. S. BOUND. The latter showed good speed from the start, was given a breather after giving way to DOMINAVE on the far turn, responded stoutly and tried to savage his rival near the end. DOMINAVE assumed commano leaving the backstretch, was under stout pressure, but failed to maintain the advantage. KLIMIE passed tiring horses. TUBBY B. was going well in the late stage.
